The main house has two bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. The Master
(B.R. #1) has a king size bed and the attached bathroom has double sinks
and a tub/shower combination.
The second suite has a queen size bed and the bathroom has one sink and
a shower (no tub).
The upstairs loft has a king size bed and a double bed and plenty of floor space for kids and sleeping bags. There is no bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooktop/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and all the utensils, dishes and appliances you might need.
The living room is comfortably furnished with two large leather sofas
and large coffee table. The dining area is open to the kitchen and
living room
and the dining table seats eight. There are three bars stools at
the kitchen counter as well.
Direct TV is available, however you must pay for any pay per view movies. Also available is a DVD player which can also play CDs.
The
telephone number at the main house is 805-567-1549 and has unlimited service
in the U.S. Calls made outside the U.S. must be reimbursed.
We rely on the honor system for both calls and movies.
There is a large fireplace, however firewood is not provided.
There is also a Weber Barbeque on the patio, but charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided.
